We are attorneys, food inspectors, foodies, customer service junkies, clean freaks, living in NYC….where dining options are limitless and competition is fierce.
Our Passion
We like to eat, we like to eat out, we like good food, we like good food prepared in a clean environment, an eat off the floor clean environment..did we mention that we were clean freaks?
What We Do
Combining our passion and our knowledge, we started Letter Grade Consulting. The initial idea was to assist food service establishments comply with the Letter Grade System by maintaining a violation free kitchen.
As LGC grew we realized that complying wasn’t enough. While it is true that the A’s on the door are vital to survival, we wanted more and so did our Clients. In order to improve sanitary conditions, to create growth on a business level, and to survive in a competitive market, an operator must make a commitment to go above and beyond what is required by the Health Department.
That commitment involves being proactive, a process which begins before and continues long after an official health inspection.
Through constant monitoring, employee training, and top shelf customer service (we reply within 24 hours or less..Don’t believe us? try us..we double dare you) we provide tools that allow our Clients to recognize potential problems before they become violations, and to implement solutions so that they are able to operate at the highest levels of food safety & sanitation every day, not just before or during an inspection.
