NYC Restaurants Phase 2 Outdoor Dining is Officially HereIt’s Official, NYC  will enter Phase 2 on Monday June 22nd, which means outdoor dining is officially here.
Restaurants and food service establishments (including food trucks and concession stands) offering take/out delivery and those that will open for Phase 2 Outdoor Dining must have a Safety Plan and are required to sign an Affirmation.

Those fortunate enough to have met the requirements for temporary outdoor dining options under the Mayor’s “Open Restaurants Plan” which includes curbside, sidewalk, roadway, open streets and plaza seating can submit an application for an Open Space Permit.

NYC also issued a Checklist for Restaurants Offering Takeout, Delivery and Outdoor Dining.  Mayor Deblasio reminded all food service establishments operating in Phase to follow NYS rules, NYC Health Code Requirements (i.e Dining with Dogs)
