An owner or operator with a food handlers certificate is not enough. We believe that in order to operate at the highest level of food safety, any and all individuals participating in the day to day operations of a food service establishment must be properly trained.
Our instructional seminars:
- Are designed to educate and train employees;
- Made available onsite or virtually;
- Cover topics tailored to meet the needs of each individual establishment;
- Can accommodate groups of various sizes, from 5 individuals to 120.
Is your staff trained? Are there certain protocols or guidelines they need help with? Contact us to schedule your seminar
